In order for us to create your movie, we need to have an idea of your vision for this movie. We will need the following information from you, which will be filled out on the order form, which can be downloaded at this link:

You can send us your photos in one of two ways:
Upload on our web site: You can click on the link here to upload your digital photos to our server.
Send us your photos and we will scan them. (Extra scanning charges apply) Simply mail them to:

For uploads: If you choose to have your photos display in chronological order, please mark the box CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER on your order form, and make sure that you drop us a note or email letting us know which photo will be #1, 2, etc. (use the file name), in the order that you want them displayed. Make sure you also include captions or special text on the proper photos you wish to have it on. If you choose random photos, skip this step. ***Please place all your digital photos in one file name, called the NAME OF YOUR PROJECT. Then upload the file to us.

Or, you can place a stickie paper on the back of them with the numbers. Make sure you also mark any text you want on the backs of the photos. If you choose random photos, skip this step.
